We are excited to welcome you to Albany Area School District and look forward to the opportunity of providing your child with a challenging and rewarding education! You can find out more about the Albany Area School District here.

Albany Area Schools has determined that although it is necessary to limit the number of non-resident students enrolled in our district during the 2024-2025 school year, open enrollment will be accepted until a grade level is determined to be full in a given building.

Families who have already been Open Enrolled into the district are automatically grandfathered into continued Open Enrollment.

Families who are seeking to Open Enroll their students into the Albany Area School District for the first time should complete this application.

Families seeking to Open Enroll their students for the first time should contact Heather Marquart, Albany Area Schools District Enrollment Coordinator, to learn about openings for non-resident students in a given grade level. Enrollment Applications should be sent via email to Heather Marquart at hmarquart@district745.org.

By law, students must be admitted on a first come, first serve basis. This means applying for enrollment early is encouraged. Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year opened on January 1, 2024.

Infinite Campus Online Registration

Albany Area School District utilizes an Online Registration system. If you do not have a computer or access to the internet, please stop by one of our offices and we have a computer in the main office you can use.

  • STUDENT LEGAL NAME AND BIRTHDATE DOCUMENTATION
    • Acceptable documents
      • Birth Certificate
      • I-94
      • Passport
      • Hospital Birth Record
  • PARENT/GUARDIAN LEGAL NAME
  • EMERGENCY CONTACT
    • A minimum of one emergency contact and their phone number
  • HEALTH AND IMMUNIZATION
    • Immunization Record including month, day, and year of all required vaccines
    • Student medications and any health concerns
